Welcome to Slow Living Made Simple.

My (pen)name is Alice, and I started this blog because I wanted to write about slow living in a very simple, easy to digest kind of way. I hope that this can be a resource, in particular, for midlife mums who are either experiencing burnout or who want to prevent burnout before it happens.

I thought that if even the subject of slow living can have a person overwhelmed and not sure where to start or what to do with all the information out there, perhaps there might be some use for a very simplified take on the whole thing…

So that’s my intention. To write about slow living in small, simple notes in the hope that these notes might make slow living simple enough for other people to start living this way too.
